Where did I put that?
when putting items in storage, take a picture so you don't have to wonder where everything is at. This can apply to storing things under the bed, under carriage of camper, in booth seat of dining area, and storage areas under the bunkbeds. In your "home" or whatever you are putting in storage til you can part from it for good. Then all you have to do is check your phone or pictures you saved from camera on computer to track down lost items! You can also you Evernote, Blogger, Dropbox.
Box up your stuff that is necessary to keep, number each box/container and kept a list of what was in each box. There is an app called Encircle that is available for Blackberry, iPhone/iPad and Android that lets you take pictures and describe what you have

Caring for the Black box
Black tank rules:
1. Never leave black tank valve open. Liquid accumulation is needed to liquify and remove solids.
2. Use plenty of water when flushing, especially solids.
3. For keeping the tank clean, use GEO method, (add 1 C Blue Dawn, 1C Liquid Calgon, 1 C bleach after dumping black).
4. Dump tank when flushing commode give you a 'burping' sound.
Grey tank rules:
1. OK to leave valve open.
2. For dirty sensors in grey or galley tank, use Geo Method.
For real dirty sensors, make sure your tanks are 50% full of liquid, Add Geo stuff above. Drive to next destination. Fill tanks, then dump them Black first.
If you fill with 5 Gallon bucket you can be pretty accurate on how full your tanks are.
Once clean, keep black closed and grey open. Use plenty of water when flushing solids.
I live in RV full time, I choose one day out of the week to empty, usually on a Monday
